Notes:

1. A user is a member of your lab that has full rights to launch, snapshot and share machines. Users are typically employees of your company, with full access to LabSlice to launch training machines, test environments or to share a machine for a virtual product evaluation with a customer.
2. An instance is a single server launched within LabSlice. You can launch a server for internal use or share a server with a guest as a hyperlink in an email. LabSlice restricts the number of machines you can launch, but does not constrain your ability to stop or start machines.
3. We only offer technical and product support to accounts on a paid plan. Support queries will be responded to within 1 hour, but can take up to 12 hours in extreme situations. Support for Corporate Plan accounts takes priority over other accounts.
4. The LabSlice service will be charged monthly by our secure, third-party processor. There is no lock-in and you can cancel your lab subscription at any time.
5. Costs exclude any charges incurred by Amazon Web Services for direct use of their EC2 infrastructure. Amazon's pricing matrix can be found here: http://aws.amazon.com/ec2/#pricing.
